This summer I've done a lot of sport. I have run, I have swum on the beach and in the pool, I played football, I bicycled and I have done many routes and have visited many villages

These are the calories that I burn per day. It depends of your weight, your age, the physical activity you do and if you are a woman or a man.

BREAKFAST: glass of chocolate milk and cookies.

SNACK: sandwich with ham and butter.

LUNCH: steack with potatoes.

SNACK: fruits.

DINNER: sandwich with tuna.
-Plyometric exercises= ejercicios pliométricos
-Stimulus = estímulo.
-Versatility = versatilidad.
-Accuracy= precisión

FOOTBALL

FOOTBALL
 In high school, I want to play football because I love them. I went to watch it and it has become one of my favourite sport.
In this sport, it's very important to warm up very well because if you're playing you could injure some parts of your body. You have to warm up these parts of your body: 
-Head, neck, shoulders, arms, hip, knees and legs.
To play this sport you need two groups of 11, a ball of fooball, and a goals. The objetive of football is that a team must score more goals in the opposing goal to win.
